Daryl is no longer involved directly in the preparation and examination of year-end accounts, but he is always available to advise and support charity accountants. If you are looking for an accountant or an examiner he has access to highly trained teams who carry out this work, charging very reasonable fees.
Professional Advice
Before taking major decisions such as buying property, taking out a mortgage etc, it’s important that charity trustees take independent advice; sometimes of course it’s even a legal requirement. Daryl has been providing advice to help keep charity trustees safe for more than a quarter of a century.
Community Interest Companies (CICs)
Sometimes the vision doesn’t quite fit the requirements of being a charity for a number of reasons. A CIC isn’t a charity as such but this structure plays an increasingly significant part in the voluntary sector. Daryl knows a lot about CICs and will be glad to hear from you if you are involved in one or are wondering whether to set one up.
